The Jax Telcom Center, 421 W. Church St., is being leased by Duke Addison of Schultz Foster Addison Real Estate, Inc. The eight-story office building features approximately 105,000 square feet, a Central Business District location, parking, heavy electrical and mechanical infrastructure, redundant fiber access, on-site security, negotiable tenant improvements and competitive lease rates. According to Addison, the building offers 420 parking spaces, a critical element for downtown tenants. He said the site would be suited for office tenants and telecommunications companies looking for a location near LaVilla, the new U.S. Courthouse and the planned county courthouse. Current anchor tenants include the City, Qwest Communications, NewSouth Communications, IPC Deltacom, Florida Power & Light, Bray and Singletary Law Firm and Velocita. Potential tenants have already shown some interest in the building. “The first couple of days on the assignment, we had multiple showings and submitted our first lease proposal,” said Addison.
