“We are a real estate law firm and we do residential title insurance closings. I am a closing attorney and I examine titles, review contracts, handle closings and issue title insurance policies.”

“As a derivative of being a real estate attorney, I just wanted to help people.”

Dee Davis handles all the legal clients and marketing; Lora Adams handles the post-closings; Tammy Ayers assists with marketing and oversees the processing; and his wife, Zulema, runs the office administratively and helps with all aspects of the business.

“Mainly through referrals and experience. Also, by attending marketing events and getting our name out there.”

He has been married to Zulema for a year. Together they three children, April, Edwin and Donovan.

He enjoys boating and fishing.

His favorite movie is “The Godfather” and his favorite book is the Bible. When traveling, his favorite place to visit is Boston. When dining out, he prefers Marker 32. “Law & Order” tops his list of television programs. “It’s the only realistic law show that I’ve ever seen.”
