A groundbreaking ceremony was held recently to launch the construction of The Legends at Saint Johns.

This new community will offer affordable gated condominium residences in a golf lifestyle with 10 golf courses located within 10 miles.

The first phase will have occupancy in Spring 2003.

The project is located at the World Golf Village with pricing starting at $134,900. “We are so excited to be able to offer such a unique opportunity as The Legends at Saint Johns,” said Karen Palmer, broker/project sales manager with Prudential Network Realty in St. Augustine. “Buyers will be able to live in a resort area at affordable prices. We think this project will be extremely well received by buyers.”

The new community will feature 300 one, two and three bedroom condominium homes with optional attached and detached garages and one to three baths.

There are elevators in most of the buildings.

There is also a clubhouse featuring a fitness center, putting green, heated pool and tennis courts. The homes will be in the wooded preserve at the World Golf Village resort.

Richard R. Dostie New Home Collection’s construction team is building three new spec homes in The Ravines Golf and Country Club, a private, gated country club community in Clay County featuring homes priced from the $120s.

Homeowners will receive free golf membership to the community’s award-winning, Ron Garl and Mark McCumber-designed course and first-year dues.

Centex Development announces that 45 lots are now available in the second phase of River Hills Reserve, a gated neighborhood in Fleming Island Plantation. The neighborhood will have 99 homes upon completion and the majority of lots in the first phase have already sold.

Richard R. Dostie New Home Collection has teamed with St. Augustine’s Century 21 A1A Realty to market Dostie’s homesites at Tuscany at St. Augustine Shores.

Located within the St. Augustine Shores development, Tuscany will contain 200 homes upon completion with a variety of floor plans.

Homes in Villages of Tuscany range from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet and are priced from the $140s to the $190s. The homes in The Estates of Tuscany range from 1,700 to 2,400 square feet and are priced from the $180s to the mid $220s.

Richard R. Dostie New Home Collection recently unveiled two new lines of single-family homes in Palencia. The homes will be built in The Village Center adjacent to the community’s clubhouse and multi-sport recreation complex.

Both product lines offer three- and four-bedroom, one- or two-story homes with spacious front porches, breezeways, covered lanais, picket fencing and landscaped, private courtyards.

The Palencia Village Traditional Series IV offers four floor plans with garage designs and living areas ranging from 1,642 square feet to 2,585 square feet and priced from the $230s to the $300s.

The Traditional Series V includes floor plans with bonus room options and living areas ranging from 2,047 square feet to 2,808 square feet. These floor plans are priced from the $280s to the high $300s and have front-loaded two-car garages.

The Ocean Villas at Serenata Beach is nearing the end of construction as the seventh of eight buildings was recently completed. Construction continues on the final building and the entire community will be completed by year-end, according to Bryan Weber, managing director of Flagship Communities, LLC.

The Ocean Villas is an $80 million oceanfront community of condominium homes located in South Ponte Vedra Beach. Developed by Ecoventure PVB, Ltd., an affiliate of Flagship Communities, LLC, the community sold out in advance after only two years of marketing efforts.

“For those who missed the initial opportunity to purchase a piece of the last stretch of oceanfront residential property in South Ponte Vedra Beach, resale opportunities are available,” said Weber.

Flagship Realty, LLC is handling the resale of many of the existing condominium homes and several floor plans are currently available.

After selling out its initial five waterfront homesites in Amelia View, Stokes & Company is offering nine additional homesites in the community located on Jacksonville’s Northside.

The homesites are available from the $180s and offer stunning marsh to creek views and marsh to Intracoastal vistas.

Agents at Victoria Robbins Realty, Inc are marketing the homesites.

Villa Riva, which is literally translated as “Village on the River,” is Riverside’s newest condominium home community. Offering 425 feet of direct waterfront frontage and access, the high-rise development will be situated on Riverside Avenue at Stockton Street on the St. Johns River.

The community is being developed by FlagVenture Riverside, Ltd. — an affiliate of Flagship Communities, LLC.

James Kern Builders has recently unveiled the latest furnished model home at The Estates of World Golf Village, Home of The King & Bear. Furnished by interior designer Debi Moore of Schultie Design Associates of Ponte Vedra Beach, the transitional theme features shades of green and sherbet with a multitude of different textures throughout.
