Ladies and Gentlemen of the Sales & Marketing Council, I want to thank you all for making this year such a memorable one for me as your Chair.

Thinking back, Nikki Joy was the start of great things to come. Followed by Charlie Clark, the Developer’s Forum and David Knox, what a first half of the year we had.

By the time you have received this publication, you will have experienced the December Holiday Extravaganza at our breakfast meeting. How

special to have filled the ballroom with the movers and shakers of the Jacksonville Housing market.

support of these fine companies we would not be able to provide the quality monthly programs.

To Linda Mathis, I wish her all the luck and good fortune as our Chair in 2003. Linda and I have spoken about her goals and commitment to the SMC, and I am excited knowing what great plans and events she and her committee members are working on.

And finally, a very special thanks to Portland Stuart. I had the honor and pleasure of assisting her with the greatness of SMC this year. I cannot take credit for any of our successes we experienced. Without her determination and drive, I don’t believe we would have been in the same ball park in terms of spirit and enthusiasm. Many of you have commented how much you have enjoyed the monthly breakfasts, the programs, and the Realtor/Builder Luncheon, to name a few. The next time you see Portland, please thank her for her commitment to our Council.I know she will greatly appreciate it.
