Over 250 attended the St. Augustine/St. Johns County Board of Realtors® Installation Banquet last month at the Ponce de Leon Resort in St. Augustine.
Outgoing president Bobbie Ray of Bobbie Ray Realty handed the gavel over to John Chapman of Century 21 A1A Realty during the event, saying that she was sure he would do a great job in his new position.
Matthew Wilson, incoming 2003 president of the Flagler County Association of REALTORS®, was on hand to install the new REALTOR® and Multiple Listing Services board members.
The other board members are Kea Blalock of New World Realty as president-elect, Shirley Bennett of Watson Realty as treasurer and Andrew Birchall of Prudential St. Augustine Realty as secretary.
Katherine Delaney of Century 21 St. Augustine Properties, Michael DeLorenzo of Olde Carriage South, Barbara Goll of All Pro Realty and George “Buddy” Haynes of Crown Commercial are directors.
John Evans will be the new Multiple Listing Service president.
The remaining MLS board members are Andrew DeLorenzo of Olde Carriage South as president-elect and Robert “Bob” Mays of Sunliner Realty as secretary/treasurer.
Directors include Bob Asselta of Asselta Realty, Frank O’Rourke of Premier Properties, Teresa Mercurio of Re/Max 100 Realty and Robert West of New World Realty.
