Julington Creek Plantation, located off S.R. 13 in St. Johns County, offers a variety of homes and neighborhoods for prospective residents to choose.

The 4,150-acre community was started in the mid-1980s and is still selling rapidly.

It will have 6,400 homesites including multifamily upon completion.

Sid Higginbotham Builder, Inc., Kicklighter Custom Homes, Inc., Taylor Woodrow and Mercedes Homes.

The builders are creating townhomes that start from the $90,000s and single family homes range from the $120,000s to over $600,000. Many homesites are bordered by lakefronts, forest land or the wooded Champions Club golf course.

Amenities include an aquatic center, public library, park and picnic area, tennis courts, volleyball/basketball courts, playgrounds, over 100 acres of lakes, 18-hole golf course, 1,200 acres of nature preserves, seven miles of bike and jogging trails, 10 soccer and baseball fields and schools.

The community is close to Publix, Winn-Dixie and Harris Teeter grocery stores and the Avenues Mall.
