Susan Kennedy of RE/MAX Real Estate Specialists took first place in almost all of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors Production Awards at the Achiever’s Club and Production Awards recognition breakfast last month held at the Marriott at Southpoint. NEFAR presents the productions awards annually to the top producers in a variety of categories.
Kennedy and her team took five of the six awards; theb other was won by Robert Atkins of Century 21 Atkins Realty, who got the Individual Residential Listings Sold Award.
Kennedy won the first place Team Residential Production Volume Award, Team Residential Listings Sold Award, Team Residential Sales Award, Individual Residential Production Volume Award and Individual Residential Sales Award.
Other winners:
• The Ken Mong Team of RE/MAX Real Estate Specialists, who won the second place Team Residential Production Volume Award and Team Residential Listings Sold Award and the third place Team Residential Sales Award.
• The Donna Delegal Team of RE/MAX Real Estate Specialists, third place Team Residential Production Volume Award and second place Team Residential Sales Award.
• Pat Carroll Alters and Celeta Alters Blunk of RE/MAX Real Estate Specialists, third place Team Residential Listings Sold Award.
• Elizabeth Hudgins of Prudential Network Realty, second place Individual Residential Production Volume Award.
• Jan Shields of Watson Realty, third place Individual Residential Production Volume Award.
• Janet Hoffman of Coldwell Banker Walter Williams’s Jacksonville office, fourth place Individual Residential Production Volume Award.
• Carol Studer of Eagle Harbor Realty, second place Individual Residential Listings Sold Award.
• Sue Nicosia, third place Individual Residential Listings Sold Award.
• Debbie Shagnea of Watson Realty, second place Individual Residential Sales Award.
• Janet Hoffman of Coldwell Banker Walter Williams, third place Individual Residential Sales Award.
