“We specialize in corporate relocation for Cendant Mobility, sales and listings of residential single family homes, foreclosure properties for banks and asset management companies, condominium sales and property management for single family properties, condominiums and small apartments [two to four units]. Our average number of listings are between 50 and 60 properties.”

WHAT AREA DO YOU SELL IN?
They sell all of Jacksonville, including Orange Park, Ponte Vedra, The Beaches and Middleburg. We have agents that live in Orange Park, Middleburg, Arlington, Mandarin and the Beaches area.
TRAINING?
Century 21 has an Internet training program where the agents can learn from home or at the office at a time that is convenient for them.
ARE YOU PLANNING ON GROWNG THE OFFICE?
“We are presently in one space in the building we now occupy and are getting ready to move into two spaces, in the same location.”

They also won the Quality Service Award, to qualify, an office must have a quality service survey Index of at least 940 and at least 25 surveys received from customer responses. “We have an agent in the office that has received the Master Centurion award for two consecutive years. You must be in the top 10 for dollar volume or closed units; this is comprised of all the agents in the United States.”
