Management, agents, staff celebrated a record year at the Marriott Southpoint with Jaxson de Ville and the Jacksonville Jaguar cheerleaders, honoring top agents and the entire support staff.
Elizabeth Hudgins from the Ponte Vedra office topped the charts by selling $25.5 million in homes, earning the 2002 Top of the Rock in Listings and Tops in Production designation for the company.
Anita Vining of the San Jose office followed with more than $14 million.
Michelle Cummings of Atlantic Beach earned the Rookie of the Year award, selling more than $2 million in homes in her first year as an agent. Working out of the Avondale office, last year’s Rookie of the Year, Keith Combs, completed 2002 as Top of the Rock in Sales and Transactions with more than $8 million in sales.
The Avondale and Atlantic Beach offices shared the Chairman’s Cup award as the two offices tied for top revenue producers for 2002.
