The 25th annual Southeast Building Conference turned out to be one of the best years in its history last month when a record 10,623 housing professionals went to Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center for the South’s largest building industry trade show and educational conference.
The educational programs included a standing-room-only Mold and Mildew Workshop featuring nationally renowned expert Joe Lstiburek.
There was also record attendance at the annual Sales Rally featuring Myers Barnes and over 500 superintendents attended the eight SEBC programs in the superintendent training series, which leads to the designation of Residential Construction Superintendent.
Over 1,000 delegates attended the opening ceremonies and the keynote address by Dr. William Bennett.
In conjunction with its Silver Anniversary, SEBC honored six long-time exhibitors: Monier Roof Tile, Sears Contract Sales, Whirlpool Corporation, General Electric, Andersen Windows and Masonite Corporation.
