Watson Realty Corp.’s Property Management Division broke ground last month for its new offices at the corner of Sunbeam and Craven roads in Baymeadows.
The two-story building will have 5,000 square feet and feature concrete block and brick construction. State-of-the-art technology will provide updated services, in addition to the Electronic Deposit Program currently available to both owners and tenants to expedite financial transactions.
Completion is scheduled for late summer.
