William J. Bennett, a national commentator on cultural, political, and educational issues, will deliver the keynote address at the 2003 Southeast Building Conference July 25 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The former Presidential advisor is expected to give a presentation addressing the social and cultural issues facing the world today.
