The Jacksonville Bar Association’s new officers and Board of Governors were sworn in at last week’s JBA luncheon at the Omni. Incoming president James Mosley Jr. was sworn in by Chief Judge Donald Moran, who also administered the oath to Reginald Luster, who will serve as JBA’s President-Elect for the next year.
