Henrietta’s at Ninth and Main streets, a 3,000 square-foot restaurant in the heart of Springfield, is open for business. Diners lined up Thursday to place orders at the new southern Caribbean fusion restaurant. Craig Van Horn, CEO of the real estate development company Symbiosis Investments, renovated the property adjacent to the Klutho apartments. Once a condemned building, the space currently houses the restaurant, and soon, StreetScape Realty and a theater will occupy the adjoining section.
