The Florida Association of Residential Property Managers will holds its annual State Convention and Trade Show on May 20-24 at the Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine.
There will be 16 educational workshops and two keynote presentations.
The first two days have been set aside for RMP and MPM property management designations and continuing education classes.
Two classes with three continuing education credit hours each are on May 21: Core Law, taught by Jacksonville attorney Jeff Marks, and The Landlord/Tenant Act, taught by Jacksonville attorney Lee Osborne.
