The company provides wholesale home loans to mortgage brokers, community banks and credit unions throughout Florida. Licensing applications have been submitted in Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia for expansion markets to begin in 2003.

Ehomesouth.com can be attributed for tripling HomeSouth Mortgage’s business in 2003 and projected closed loan production is expected to be in excess of $200 million.
