The sales team at Palencia, Hines’ newest master-planned community, has the top sales manager and three of the top on-site sales agents in Northeast Florida.
Naomi Lumley won the Laurel Award for Sales Manager of the Year and her staff of Pud English, Nita Roberts and Charlene Cunard won the Laurel for Top Producer (Builder Partnership) and Site Agent of the Year.
The award-winning team is lead by Naomi Lumley, who joined Palencia two years ago as the initial dirt was being turned for the master-planned community. Lumley coordinates on-site sales, realtor relationships, guiding marketing efforts and creating awareness for the community.
The charming Lumley, who is known as much for her rose cultivating as her skills as a Realtor, worked as the sales manager for Taylor Woodrow Communities at Deercreek Country Club and Julington Creek Plantation prior to joining Palencia. She earned her license in 1978 and is a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and a founding member of its Sales and Marketing Council.
Lumley leads a three-Realtor team of Charlene Cunard, Nita Roberts and Pud English. They are responsible for centralized home and lot sales at Palencia.
The community’s “team” concept provides both customers and general real estate agents better service. All three agents work together to show and sell homes and lots, offering potential buyers more opportunities to view and purchase single-family homes, condominiums and individual homesites for future building.
Cunard, Roberts and English combined sold more than $40 million in real estate last year. Each has an extensive real estate background, complete with awards and commendations.
With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Charlene G. Cunard was most recently employed by Arvida Community Sales as the top on-site agent at James Island.
Cunard has many awards to her credit, including Watson’s Rookie of the Year in 1976 and the Laurel Award in 2000. In addition, she is a 25-year member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and was inducted into the “ACES” Circle of Excellence by the Masters Sales Institute in 1999.
Nita Roberts has been honored numerous times as a multi-million dollar producer during the past two decades. Her career in real estate has involved sales and management experience with some of the top luxury communities and home builders in the region.
Prior to joining Palencia’s sales team, Nita was sales manager at the World Golf Village. As a Broker-Associate, she was half of the 1999 Laurel-Award-winning site agent partnership of the year while selling luxury condominium homes at The Residences at World Golf Village.
Pud English, a 25-year real estate veteran, was most recently employed by Arvida Community Sales’ Sawmill Lakes and St. Johns Golf & Country Club where she was consistently a top producer. English received the Laurel Award in 1998 and 1999, and the Excel Award in 1999.
She is a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors.
