The Federal Bar Association’s Jacksonville Chapter recently conducted a swearing-in ceremony for its new board of officers. Phil Buhler, an attorney with Moseley, Warren, Prichard & Parrish, is the new president. Other officers are Tom Bishop, president-elect; Meg Zabijaka, vice president of membership; Martha Bolton, vice president of programming; Tysen Duva, secretary; and Kim Israel, treasurer.
