A press tour was conducted Monday of the public areas of the new U.S. Courthouse at Jacksonville. Among those leading the tour were Court of Appeals Circuit Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat, General Services Administration Regional Administrator Edwin E. Fielder Jr. and Robert Egleston, architect HLM Design. A dedication ceremony at the courthouse is scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday.
