Rushing represented The Jacksonville Bar Association in presenting a program on tax law, the first “Law for the Layperson” workshop, last week at the library. The workshops are being held as a special service by the JBA in honor of National Law Week. The remaining sessions are family law Tuesday and elder law on April 27. All programs start at 6:30 p.m.
