Watson Realty Corp. hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for its new St. Mary’s Office recently on Highway 4. Its present office is located at 2015-A Osborne Rd.
Constructed by Kur-Star Construction, the 14,000-plus square foot building will have 7,000 square feet for the real estate company and an additional 7,000 sq. ft. on the second level for rental space. It will feature brick and stucco construction and offer state-of-the-art technology to better serve its customers.
Completion is scheduled for January 2005.
Watson Realty Corp. hosted a grand opening at its Middleburg Office last month at its new location on Blanding Blvd. across from Compass Bank and next door to Bush-Thompson Insurance. Watson Realty had served Middleburg at its former location for over 10 years.
