Beazer Homes is giving homebuyers several additional new home designs from which to choose and a new model home to tour at South Hampton with the introduction of its Estate home series featuring the Tiana model.

In addition to the Tiana, Beazer Homes’ new Estate home series at South Hampton offers eight one and two-story floor plans. The Estate home series features four and five bedroom designs with three to four bathrooms and up to 3,573 square feet of living space. The homes offer large two and three-car garages with prices ranging from the high $200s to the $400s.
Beazer Homes’ Royal Presidential collection is also available at South Hampton. Floor plans in this collection range in size from over 1,800 to more than 3,250 square feet of living space. Homes are priced from the mid $200s to the $400s.
