Prudential Network Realty says it has sold 75 percent of the units in the second phase of The Legends at Saint Johns, a gated condominium community at World Golf Village.
Construction continues on four of Phase II’s buildings and initial occupancy on those units should begin in spring 2005. Tennis courts were completed earlier this summer and a lighting system for them is expected by spring. A second pool will be built this summer as well.
“Our continuing growth at The Legends is very exciting, and it confirms that we are offering a very desirable type of superior, high-quality housing in the World Golf Village area,” said Mary Anne Hashem, Director of Builder Services for Prudential Network Realty.
Only two Unit “F” floorplans remain in Phase I for immediate occupancy.
These units are 1,464 square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bathroom floorplans featuring fully applianced kitchens with breakfast bars and cabinetry, great rooms, private laundry rooms, screened lanais, and attached garages. The master bedrooms have private bathrooms with garden tubs, granite vanity tops, and walk-in closets.
The Legends at Saint Johns features a variety of condominium styles and amenities.
One-, two- and three-bedroom plans, some with either attached or detached garages, are offered.
Prices range from the low $100s for one-bedroom/one-bath homes to the mid $200s for the three-bedroom/three-bath condos. Some units have attached or detached garages.
