Beazer Homes, builder of Deerwood Place Condominiums, the new mid-rise on Southside Boulevard, is offering homebuyers the opportunity to take advantage of first phase prices during the second phase of construction at the new gated community.

“Condominium living has seen extraordinary growth in its popularity and appeal in recent months and Deerwood Place is no exception,” said Sales and Marketing Manager Tom Daddario. “From the day we broke ground on the community, Deerwood Place has generated a lot of excitement. By continuing this special pricing, buyers interested in living at Deerwood Place will be able to purchase a new Beazer home in a gated community at a great price.”

The second of the six five-story buildings is currently under construction with homes expected to be ready for move in by the summer of 2005. Each building will include two and three bedroom residences with up to 2,000 square feet of luxurious living space. The buildings will each have controlled access, covered ground-level parking places, individual storage closets and two elevators. Prices for new homes at Deerwood Place Condominiums start in the low $200s.

Once construction is complete, the 12-acre setting of Deerwood Place will feature a gated entry, recreation center with swimming pool, hot tub, cabana and fitness center. The recreation center is also currently under construction and slated to be complete in August.

Deerwood Place is located across the street from the Tinseltown entertainment complex.

The new community is also in close proximity to the new Deerwood Lake Village Center, Publix marketplace, Shoppes at Deerwood Lake as well as major employers such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Merrill Lynch, British Airways and St. Luke’s Hospital.
