Beazer Homes, builder of Deerwood Place Condominiums, the new mid-rise on Southside Boulevard, is offering homebuyers the opportunity to take advantage of first phase prices during the second phase of construction at the new gated community.

The second of the six five-story buildings is currently under construction with homes expected to be ready for move in by the summer of 2005. Prices for new homes at Deerwood Place Condominiums start in the low $200s.
Once construction is complete, the 12-acre setting of Deerwood Place will feature a gated entry, recreation center with swimming pool, hot tub, cabana and fitness center. The recreation center is also currently under construction and slated to be complete in August.
Deerwood Place is located across the street from the Tinseltown entertainment complex.
