• Rogers Towers has added three lawyers to the firm. Wyman Duggan has joined the firm as a shareholder in the firm’s Land Use Practice Group. His practice areas include land use, zoning, permitting, Developments of Regional Impact, and commercial leasing. Paige Hobbs has also joined the firm’s Land Use Practice Group. Paige is an associate, who practices in the areas of real estate and land use law, including zoning, concurrency issues, development agreements, comprehensive planning, Developments of Regional Impact, and commercial real estate transactions. Gayle Rice has joined the firm as an associate in the Business and Tax Practice Group. She practices in the area of corporate law, including general business and corporate transactions, and acquisitions and sales of businesses.

• Daniel Copeland has relocated his law firm. They’re now in the Kingsouth Office park off Old Kings Rd.

• Issam E. “Sam” Kadi, PE, has joined PBS&J’s Transportation Planning Division as a senior transportation engineer. He will assist in the growth and development of the division in North Florida. PBS&J provides infrastructure planing, engineering, construction management and program management services.

• Former Times-Union business editor Robin Clark is now a vice president at the financial planning firm of Sherrill & Hutchins. He’s the son of the late Judge Harold Clark.
