American Land Ventures has released two new floor plans for The Peninsula at St. Johns Center, a condo to be built on Jacksonville’s Southbank.
The new plans were designed to meet the market’s demand for more two and three-bedroom units.
Residence B8 is a two-bedroom, two-bath model to be on the building’s southwest corner. Available on floors 10 through 22, the unit is priced from $385,900. The new three-bedroom, two-bath plan, Residence C3, is on the southeast corner also on floors 10 through 22.
The C3 model is priced from $565,900.
Residence B8 offers 1,329 square feet of air-conditioned space with a 311 square foot wrap-around balcony. The open and spacious floor plan includes a great room, a large master bedroom and second bedroom, walk-in closets and a large kitchen.
With 1,868 air conditioned square feet and two balconies with an additional 493 square feet, Residence C3 features a large master bedroom suite with dual walk-in closets, two additional bedrooms, a private elevator lobby, spacious living and dining rooms and the community’s signature gourmet kitchen featuring solid wood Italian cabinetry, imported tile flooring and granite countertops with a full matching backsplash.
As an option, this model can be built as a two-bedroom home with a den.
Each of these residences will be equipped with Kitchen-Aid Architect Series stainless steel appliances, including side-by-side frost-free refrigerator/freezers with in-door water and ice, self-cleaning electric ovens, ceramic glass cook tops, built-in microwave ovens and multi-cycle, Whisper Quiet dishwashers.
Each plan will offer master baths decked with marble floors, wet walls and countertops, along with Roman tubs, designer faucets, full-length vanity mirrors and Kohler water closets, sinks and plumbing fixtures.
