Amanda Dandy and Alayna Kimball have been named co-chairs for the 25th annual Realtor-Builder Tradeshow & Luncheon. The event, presented by the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the Northeast Florida Builders Association, will be held on Thursday, Oct. 14 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Alltel Stadium.

“Selling Away for Super Goals in 2005” is the theme for this year’s event, which will attract 1,000-1,200 of the area’s builders, real estate agents and individuals from affiliated businesses.

Dandy has been in real estate for more than 15 years. For the past 10 years, she has managed the Prudential Network Realty’s Ponte Vedra office - the top producing office since the company’s inception with consistently the highest dollar volume of inventory for a general real estate office in the entire Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service. She has achieved recognition annually for Prudential’s “Best Practices” criteria and for The Prudential Cornerstone Award for profitability and community service.

Kimball has served as vice president of marketing for Davidson Development, Inc., developers of the World Golf Village, for the past three years. She is responsible for overseeing all residential and commercial real estate marketing activities for the 6,300-acre community. She is also on the board of directors of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and co-founder of Community Alliance Funding Education, a private foundation for public education in Northwest St. Johns County.
