The sign reads Club Landing, but the 9,000 square-foot space formerly filled by Lerner New York is not really a new nightclub. Landing management says the space will be the headquarters for the Jacksonville Film Festival in April and May, and beyond that will be available for private parties and banquets. However, a “promoter who offers to convert the space and take it over” is desired.
