LandMar kicked off its 2004 Realtor Incentive Program by raising the stakes with a high-rolling Las Vegas-style celebration at its annual Elite Realtors Celebration at Jacksonville’s T-U Center.

“Realtors were a huge part of our success in 2003, which was one of our best years ever in Jacksonville,” said Jim Doyle, vice president of marketing. “LandMar and our family of builders wrote over 320 contracts with an average selling price of over $331,000. Our Elite Realtors made it happen with nearly 60 percent in co-brokered sales resulting in over $1.8 million in commissions and prizes earned.”

Over 140 guests enjoyed gourmet food and beverages while they tried their luck at casino favorites, including blackjack, poker and slots. In addition to the food and games, the crowd enjoyed special guest appearances and performances from Las Vegas’ most popular entertainers, “Robin Williams” and “Elvis.”

There were 15 gaming tables and winners took home a variety of Vegas-styled prizes including gift certificates for dinner and rounds of golf.

Adrian Kelly of Watson Realty in Amelia Island took home the grand prize, a trip to the Las Vegas strip.

During the celebration, LandMar officials also announced its Realtor reward and recognition program for this year.

The 2004 Cruise Incentive Program will award luxury Carnival Cruise packages. The top selling agent in 2004 will receive a luxury Carnival Cruise package for two. This package includes luxury ship accommodations for up to 10 nights, all meals, taxes, port charges and gratuities.

An additional Carnival Cruise package for two will also be awarded by random drawing at LandMar’s year-end Realtor party. This cruise package includes luxury ship accommodations for up to seven nights, all meals, taxes, port charges and gratuities. Any agent can qualify for this drawing by either registering a prospect or making a sale at any of the LandMar Hampton communities or at the WaterMark condominium in 2004. The winning agent also must be present to win.

Each month, LandMar will give away a Carnival Cruise package to an active Real Estate agent by a random drawing. Any agent can qualify by making a sale or registering a prospect at any of LandMar’s Hampton communities or at The WaterMark condominium.

Every prospect registration is worth one entry and every sale is worth three entries. LandMar will hold a random drawing at the end of each month to determine the winner.

Skip Skipper of Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty was the January 2004 winner.
