The Jacksonville division of Atlanta-based Morrison Homes achieved record sales and revenue during 2003. The company reported 244 sales, up from 204 last year. Year-to-date sales increased 17 percent in Northeast Florida.
Sales figures and revenues were also strong throughout the corporation, with revenues totaling over $68 million.
Morrison Homes is currently building in World Golf Village, Palencia, Eagle Harbor, North Hampton, St. Johns Golf & Country Club, Bartram Springs, and OakLeaf Plantation.
Morrison operates in more than 11 geographic regions across the nation including Atlanta, Denver Austin, Dallas, San Antonio,Houston, Phoenix, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota and Sacramento. With more than 3,600 home sales annually, Morrison Homes is currently ranked as one of the top 30 homebuilders in America.
