American Land Ventures hosted a pre-opening party last week at the future site of its new luxury condominium community on the Southbank.
The Peninsula at St. Johns will have 256 residential units and a two-story lobby equipped with a business center, concierge desk and commercial space.
The 36-story tower is part of the mixed-use St. Johns Center development, which will also include luxury rental apartments, The Strand, and a proposed office building.
