The Northeast Florida Builders Association new and improved Web site is up and running.
Connected to the National Association of Home Builders, the Florida Home Builders Association and the City of Jacksonville, nefba.com has been changed to make it easier to navigate.
Vision Networks Inc. designed and is hosting and managing the NEFBA Web site.
“NEFBA.com is valuable as a resource for current information for members and the community,” said David Reneau, president of Vision Networks. “And this is just the beginning. Ultimately the site will offer search-the-Web capabilities and online registration for events and meetings, as well as the ability to collect fees for special events, payments for dues, sponsorships and other services and products provided by the Association.”
Visitors to the Web site will be able to check upcoming events immediately.
From the home page, viewers can access news items from the most recent issue of Bildor News, the Association’s monthly publication, as well as breaking news items.
A click of the mouse takes visitors to the membership listing where they can look for a member, a company or see all the listings under a particular service or product.
“We are excited about our new Web site,” said Daniel Davis, NEFBA Governmental Affairs Officer. “We’ve been working on a site that would truly serve our members as well as the community, and we believe this convenient access to information fills a need for quick answers and interconnectivity.”
The home page contains a link to each of the NEFBA councils: the Sales & Marketing Council, the Remodelors Council and the Builders Councils in Clay, Nassau and St. Johns counties.
Builders Care and the Apprentice Programs are also just a click away.
Under the heading Events & Information, visitors will find information on the Parade of Homes, Construction Industry Trade Show, the NEFBA Annual Gala and Building Permit Statistics.
