How do they do I?
Yvonne Hove and Eddie Crosby answer with a smile because they know that successful people do the unexpected.
For example, they sold a $300,000 home to a coupe they saw taking a flyer from a competitor’s “Take One” box. The family was just about to drive away when Yvonne saw them and asked “Are you looking for a five bedroom, four bath home all brick on a lake?” Half an hour later, they had signed up for a new D.R. Horton home.
They have a combined 25 years of selling experience and their expertise and hard work won them the 2003 Laurel Award for Site Agency Partnership of the Year.
Eddie’s achievements have rewarded him with many recognitions from monthly sales awards to the 2003 No. 1 in sales for his company.
Yvonne was Rookie of the Year when she was with Prudential and she’s a top-three finisher repeatedly in sales. During 2003, they were recognized eight times for sales volume.
They have maintained a high level in their partnership because they have set themselves apart in the workplace. It has been said that walking into their office is like going home.
Their backgrounds are different - Eddie is a Southerner and Yvonne is from Northern Europe. Their happy dispositions plus the dedicated work ethic, plus the ability to work together, have made them an exemplary team.
They have given back, too. Both have worked to acquire Silent Auction donations and are volunteer at Builders Care Days and the Daniel Christmas Fund.
