Bentwater Place, a community by Atlantic Builders/Mattamy Homes, is now completely sold out at its Intracoastal West location.

In a related statement, the company announced that Bill Jackman and Jason Crenshaw, the agents for Bentwater Place, are now selling new homes in Walden Chase and Hickory Village, respectively. Walden Chase is one and a half miles east of Phillips Highway on County Road 210 in St. Johns County. Hickory Village is in Nassau County off of Highway A1A, east of I-95.
Atlantic Builders/Mattamy Homes is now building in Bartram Springs, Hickory Village, Meadowfield, Johns Creek, Cannons Point and Nature’s Hammock at OakLeaf Plantation, and Walden Chase.
