American Homebuilders and Cordele Builders have purchased all 59 homesites in Wild Wood, the newest neighborhood at World Golf Village.

Both builders are developing plans for model and spec homes in the neighborhood, which will offer homes priced from $350,000 to $550,000 on 75-by-140-foot homesites.

The models include designs called the Wentworth and Princeton.

Both companies are currently building in the LakeWood, OakWood and Waterbury by the Links neighborhoods at World Golf Village. All homesites have been sold in the LakeWood neighborhood and OakWood is nearing sellout.
