A new penthouse model has been unveiled in the Plaza at Berkman, the 22-story tower of condos in downtown Jacksonville.
The Plaza offers eight exclusive penthouse homes, each with more than 2,980 square feet of living space spanning two floors. Barnett and Company designed The Plaza’s new model.
“We do all the interior design work for McRae and Stolz in Atlanta, and have done so for about six years,” said Margaret Barnett, president of Barnett and Company. Barnett and Company has worked exclusively for the developers, installing models and sales centers
in their condominium
buildings. The firm also designed two other models at The Plaza and four models at The Clifton and Cotting Court in Atlanta.
The Barnett team designed the two-story penthouse that features two bedrooms, two and a half baths with formal living room, dining room, den, custom designer kitchen with keeping room, separate wet bar and two balconies.
The new penthouse model joins the three models
originally selected for merchandising. Overall, The Plaza offers 11 floor plans ranging in size from 770 square feet to 1,800 square feet.
“Residents at The Plaza are able to choose from an incredible selection of both standard and upgrade finishes to customize their homes. The newest penthouse model reflects a glimpse of how a home can truly reflect individual tastes,” said
Brad Horner, vice president of sales for Coldwell Banker
The Condo Store at The Plaza. Coldwell Banker The Condo Store is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for
The Plaza.
Horner reported that 130 of the 206 residences or 65 percent at the Plaza have already been sold, in less than 12 months. Prices at The Plaza range from the $200’s for a one-bedroom to the $800’s and up for a penthouse suite.
