Centex Homes has opened its newly furnished, 3,407-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Weaver II model at the Links in late July The model home has interior design work by Barbara Ondo Designs.

A ceramic-tiled foyer with decorative columns and oversized mirrors greets visitors to The Weaver II. Visitors then move into the formal living and dining rooms, complete with 10-foot high ceiling and crown moulding. The large eat-in kitchen boasts 18-inch ceramic tile flooring, decorative wallpaper, granite countertops, 42-inch upper cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances, island cooktop, and breakfast nook.
There is a billiard table in the game room and decorative Hawaiian luau and Pirate-themed murals and décor in the children’s bedrooms.
Each bedroom features walk-in closets.The master suite has an walk-in closet for storage and a master bath, which features an enclosed water closet, cultured marble garden tub and vanities, and glass-enclosed shower.
The family room features a central fireplace with media build-ins on either side and access to a covered porch.
“The master bedroom is quite exquisite. It has a coffered ceiling, private sitting area that overlooks the covered patio, a huge walk-in closet, and two full bathrooms with marble vanities and enclosed waterclosets. About 80 percent of the homebuilder’s original 146 homesites have been sold, and only a few golf course, preserve, lakefront, and cul-de-sac homesites remain.
Prices in The Links at Fleming Island range from the low-$240’s to mid-$330’s. There are eight floor plan choices available, ranging in size from 2,361 to 3,407 square feet.
Buyers may choose from four and five bedroom plans with a variety of configurations that include formal living and dining rooms, two and three car garages, multistory elevations, downstairs master suites, bonus rooms, and stucco exteriors.
