Oak Common I, II and III, Palencia neighborhoods featuring homes built by Richard R. Dostie, a Toll Brothers Company, are nearly sold out.
Oak Common III, the most recent phase of the community, achieved record sales in March with the sale of 16 home sites. There are currently two home sites available in this phase. Oak Common I has one Quick Delivery Home available that is ready for purchase. Oak Common II has only two Quick Delivery Homes remaining.

Oak Common I, II and III features homes from 2,150 to 3,390 air-conditioned square-feet which range in price from the $300s to the $440s.
Oak Common is a community of 187 home sites bordered by nature preserves. The community incorporates landscaped loop lanes, a central park with a playground, lawn areas and access to Palencia’s boardwalk system, athletic and recreation-park and Village Center.
