Stonehurst: Beazer gets into final phase

Beazer Homes is releasing its last phase of homesites for sale at Stonehurst Plantation and unveiling four new floor plans with more included features for discerning homebuyers wishing to purchase in this St. Johns County community.

“This is our last phase of Executive homes at Stonehurst Plantation and we wanted to go out with a bang,” said Sales and Marketing Manager Tom Daddario. “We are offering buyers beautiful new floor plans with many included features in an attractive price range. We have enjoyed great success and brisk sales in Stonehurst Plantation and anticipate our last phase will experience much of the same.”

Beazer Homes’ new floor plans range from 1,818 to 2,450 square feet of living space with up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The one and two-story homes are available on 53-foot wide homesites, many with views of the surrounding preserve and lakes. Prices for the new homes start in the low $200s.

Beazer Homes is offering 10 models in Stonehurst ranging in size from three bedrooms, two baths to four bedrooms and three baths. Prices of the Executive homes range from $175,000 to over $240,000.

Buyers who purchase a new Beazer home in the last phase at Stonehurst Plantation will have many included features including 42-inch cabinets and solid surface countertops in the gourmet kitchen, textured walls and covered patios.

Visitors to Stonehurst Plantation can tour Beazer Homes’ Executive and Presidential models located near the entrance to the community. Both models serve as information centers for new Beazer homes in Stonehurst Plantation.
