CornerStone Homes, LLC, a locally owned and operated homebuilder, has completed its first furnished model in Doctors Inlet Reserve, a Clay County neighborhood. Located on Sleepy Hollow Road just off County Road 220, homes start in the $150s.
CornerStone Homes has 10 floorplans ranging between 1,285 and 3,230 square feet available for construction on 156 homesites. The builder has designed the Kingsley model - a 2,355-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom two-story floorplan with an upstairs tech center - specifically for the neighborhood.
“Doctor’s Inlet Reserve is the perfect addition to booming Clay County and a wonderfully affordable alternative to many of its higher priced communities,” said New Home Consultant Belinda Nelson. “The great location, beautiful homesites, our flexible and open home designs, and the top-notch school system add up to make this community a very desirable address.”
The Kingsley’s open design has numerous archways, high ceilings and oversized windows. The facade of stucco and stone accents and landscaping make it an attractive and inviting part of this single-family neighborhood, whch is bounded by the St. Johns River, Doctor’s Lake, Doctor’s Inlet, Black Creek and Swimming Pen Creek.
Numerous boat ramps and bike paths stretching from Doctor’s Inlet to Black Creek are open to the public. Additionally, Doctors Lake Marina and Whitney’s Marina, both private marinas on the St. Johns River, also offer full service.
CornerStone Homes is currently building in Captiva Bluff, Amelia View, MuraBella, Queens Harbour, Eagle Creek at Eagle Harbor, as well as The Preserve as St. Johns Landing Estates and Doctors Inlet Reserve.
