The Sales and Marketing Council handed out its June awards at the last meeting:
• John Monaco of Davidson Realty led the new home sales for general real estate agents with seven sold for a total value of $2,682,133. Susan Korb of Davidson was next.
• Jim Bloedow of Mercedes Homes sold 12 homes for $3,457,000 to lead the onsite agents employed by a single builder. Joyce Buchanan of Harmony Homes was next followed by Ray Kelso of Standard Pacific.
• The partnership category for onsite agents employed by a single builder, Bill Jackman and Jason Crenshaw of Mattamy Homes led with 20 sales for $5,931,088. The Beazer team of Jasmine Scott, Tomi Heady, Kathy Burnett and Caroline Petry was next, followed by Cal Williams and Kimberle Miles of Beazer.
• Individual sales in the new home/multi-family category were led by Melissa Meade of Mercedes Homes with 11 sales for $1,141,890. Next came Scott Anderson of Davidson.
• Partnership sales in the new home/multi-family category found Erica Brooks and Kelly Hansen on top with 28 sales for $4,783,416. Judy Kashou and Merrillee Hysler of the legends were next.
• Sharon Wyatt of Eagle Landing Realty was the top agent in the category of new home sales by an individual employed by a development, selling 10 for $4,246,667. Charlotte Braithewaite of East West Realty and Carol Studor of Eagle Harbor Realty followed.
• The same category for partnerships was led by the Palencia team of Pud English, Nita Roberts, Charlene Cunard and Lance Winter with 18 sales for $10,949,715.
• The top agent selling residential lots was Sharon Wyatt of Eagle Harbor Realty with three for $540,000. Lydia Keohane of Davidson Realty was next.
• Frank Graham of Gibraltar Mortgage was the top in selling mortgages for the Outside Lender category. He closed 53 for $8,062,558 to finish ahead of Mike Brennan and Rebecca Flanders of Countrywide Home Loans.
• Bruce Wehner of Beazer Mortgage was the best in closings by a Builder Lender with 41 for $6,590,618.
