About 80 real estate agents who sold a home or land at any of the LandMar communities in 2005 had a chance to “Come on down” and participate in the game show “The Price is Right” during the development company’s year-end celebration. LandMar’s Elite Realtor Year-End Extravaganza was held at BoConcept at the St. Johns Town Center.
Any agent who wrote a contract for a new home or lot in any of the LandMar communities was invited to the party. LandMar develops residential properties throughout Florida and the Southeast. The company also owns Hampton Golf, which develops golf course communities in the First Coast area.
Those who attended the event enjoyed live music from the Dynamic Les De Merle Trio as well as a variety of hors d’oeuvres.
The evening ended with a game of “The Price Is Right” during which agents played against each other to win prizes. Philip Green of Green Bean Corporate Organizing Solutions played Bob Barker, complete with the white hair and long, thin microphone. Some of the prizes included mall shopping sprees and golf packages.
