ICI Homes has opened three new models at the new Northside community of Tidewater.

Within the gated community, residents will enjoy a nature park, lakesides, and a clubhouse featuring a pool, tot lot, and play courts.

Three new models, the Stonebridge, the Ashley and the Charleston feature use of Craftsman and Coastal elements influenced by the simplicity of old Florida cracker plantation homes and the coastal lifestyle.

The Stonebridge is a 3,211 square foot home featuring three bedrooms upstairs with the master retreat on the ground floor. The family room with its fireplace opens to the lanai and beyond and is linked to the gourmet kitchen and morning room. The upstairs game room adds flexibility to space that buyers can design for their lifestyles.

The Ashley, at 2,100 square feet, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The family room with fireplace opens to the gourmet kitchen.

The Charleston is new to the ICI portfolio and designed specifically for the Tidewater community. The two-story, 3,005 square foot home features three bedrooms upstairs and a master suite down. A loft option may be designed in lieu of the second bedroom upstairs and the plan also offers an available optional bonus room and bath. A formal dining room off of the foyer is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen with island and morning room. There also is a covered lanai off of the great room and a front porch on this home.

Most of the Tidewater home plans can be built with an optional vessel garage for boat storage.

Phase I sales are underway with current pricing from the $390s-$600s.
