Mattamy Homes is releasing more homesites at Bartram Springs, a 1,400-home community. As part of its third phase of construction, the homebuilder is offering 27 50- and 60-foot homesites, most of which back up to nature preserves or ponds. These homesites have depths ranging from 120 to 170 feet.
Available floor plans in Mattamy Homes’ third phase of construction at Bartram Springs range in size from 1,512 to more than 2,500 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$200s.
Mattamy offers a range of floor plan options for the 50-foot homesites. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom Avery is a 1,512-square-foot floor plan featuring a gathering room and a kitchen with several windows overlooking the front porch.
The 1,687-square-foot Charleston has four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as an optional fifth bedroom and bonus room with a third bathroom. The home is designed with a formal living and dining area with a vaulted ceiling and eat-in kitchen.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom Rachel floor plan is designed with 1,897 square feet. The home has an open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen and gathering room that flows into the home’s formal dining room.
Mattamy Homes’ 60-foot homesites at Bartram Springs accommodate floor plans including the Sawgrass, St. Augustine, Savannah, Carlyle and Grand Torrey Pines.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom Sawgrass home is a 1,613-square-foot split-bedroom floor plan and features a kitchen with a breakfast bar and nook as well as a pantry. An optional bonus room with third bath and covered porch can be added to this plan.
The St. Augustine floor plan is slightly more formal with arches throughout the home and a gathering room that looks out to the covered porch. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the St. Augustine also features a gourmet kitchen with a center island and large nook.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom Savannah plan is more traditional with an entry area and separate living and dining rooms. The owner’s suite features a walk-in closet, double vanity and corner soaking tub.
Mattamy also is offering two of its larger designs - the 2,318-square-foot Carlyle and the 2,589-square-foot Grand Torrey Pines - on the community’s 60-foot homesites.
