Beazer Homes’ first phase of Cambridge town homes at OakLeaf Plantation are sold out and the gated neighborhood will welcome many of its new residents home in March. The second phase is now being developed.

“Our Cambridge town homes fulfill a need and a lifestyle that buyers are looking for,” said Sales and Marketing Manager Tom Daddario. “Many buyers today want community amenities, luxury features and a comfortable home that requires very little maintenance. Buyers get that and more with our Cambridge town homes.”

Beazer Homes’ new furnished model at Cambridge is also expected to be open for viewing in March.

The new town homes are available in six two-story floor plans that feature knockdown ceilings throughout, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings on the second. The two to three-bedroom plans range from 1,416 to 1,496 square feet of living space and offer leisure rooms, two and a half baths, 14 x 10-foot covered patios, covered entry foyers and one-car garages. Master bedrooms have walk-in closets, garden tubs and his and hers sinks in the bath. Prices for the Cambridge town homes start in the $150s.
