Richard R. Dostie, a Toll Brothers Company, has opened for sales in Village Center Phase III at Palencia.
Toll Brothers is building its Traditional Series V designs on 11 home sites in the community.
The designs include spacious floor plans with bonus room options and living areas ranging from 2,047 to 2,808 air-conditioned square feet and are priced from the $330s. All have front-loaded two-car garages.
Toll Brothers recently completed construction in Phases I and II and is developing Phase IV, which will have an additional 30 home sites to choose from.
