Panitz Signature Homes has opened its new design center inside the ATS Center at 9700 Philips Highway.

The design center is a place where customers will be able to preview such items as cabinets; flooring; roofing; countertops; plumbing and light fixtures; and numerous other interior and exterior building materials and finishes.

The new center will also afford Panitz Signature Homes customers additional workspace, increased privacy, more product and design options, and greater flexibility in designing their new homes.

“The studio is in a excellent location on Philips Highway, just north of the Avenues Mall and we have spent the few months designing the center to be as user-friendly and accommodating as possible”, said Sandra Panitz, vice president of sales and marketing at Panitz Signature Homes. “As a builder of both semi-custom and custom-quality homes, we focus on catering to our customers. We are a very hands-on company and this is one more way we can make our customers happy”.

Phyllis Johnson, a long time design consultant for the company, who brings years of experience to the job, staffs the Panitz Signature Homes Design Center.

In addition to the varied selection of fixtures, textures, and color options offered at the Design Center, Johnson also noted that Panitz Signature Homes utilizes building materials and finishes including top-of-the-line name brand products such as Dupont Corian countertops, Moen plumbing fixtures, GE Appliances, Mohawk flooring solutions and Monier Lifetile roofing.
