Ryland Homes has started construction of a new model home at Bonaparte Landing, located off Starratt Rd. in north Duval County.
Jeff Agar, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville region, said Bonaparte Landing offers 61 home sites and new three and four-bedroom homes are priced from the $150s.
The new model home, The Jennings, with four bedrooms, three baths and an open family room/kitchen area, will be completed in late spring, Agar said.
Bonaparte Landing features preserve and water view home sites in a pristine setting, with play area and nature trail.
