The Pineapple Corporation, a Jacksonville-based custom estate home builder, has unveiled two new custom estate homes, the Cellini and the Waterford, in the Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club.

The homes, with a combined value of nearly $4.5 million, are on adjacent lots in the gated country club on the Southside of Jacksonville. The homes were unveiled to the real estate community at this special event and are available for immediate sale and occupancy.

“It is a rare event for a builder to unveil spec homes in this price range, let alone two that are in the same neighborhood,” said Jim Ash, president of The Pineapple Corporation. “Based on our experience creating similar homes in Glen Kernan, we are confident that the Cellini and the Waterford will impress the most discriminating buyers looking for new estate homes with fantastic amenities that are available immediately.”

The Cellini blends a Tuscan villa look with modern conveniences. This courtyard-designed residence overlooks a large lake and the second, fourth and fifth holes of the Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club.

The 7,000-square foot home offers five bedrooms, five and a half baths, oversized master suite with sitting room, a game room, a walnut paneled library and a four-car garage and a courtyard pool. It also features lush landscaping, including old-growth trees.

Finishes include natural stone floors, exposed cypress beams in several rooms, granite countertops, gourmet appliances, custom built-in furniture including bookshelves and entertainment center and with a sunken wine cellar with room for up to 1,500 wine bottles.

The Waterford’s courtyards are part of this two-story European country estate overlooking a large lake and the second fairway and fifth green.

The home features a dramatic porte cochere leading to a private courtyard that leads to its four garages. This 6,127-square foot family-centered home offers of living space with five bedrooms, five full baths, two powder rooms, formal living room, dining room, family room, game room and library/study.

The kitchen includes gourmet appliances and is open to the living room. The home also includes a residential elevator as well as a wine cellar with a barrel ceiling and custom racking system.

The Cellini is priced at $2,495,000 and The Waterford is offered at $1,995,000.
