Kollar Bros. has sold out Little Andrews Island, a development of 41 homesites located off Heckscher Drive in north Jacksonville.
The company, however, has lots remaining in Amelia Bay Estates, a Nassau County community of 39 lots including sites with views across salt marshes and a creek that meanders through the marsh grasses. More than half of the community’s lots have been sold.
The minimum one-acre parcels are priced from under $100,000 to $340,000 depending upon location and view, with most sites backing up to nature preserves.
The roads are in the final stages of completion and work will soon begin on the entrance.
“Amelia Bay Estates is really special and everyone who has visited the site has reacted to the rural peacefulness and overall beauty of the community,” said David Robbins of Robbins Realty. “With its proximity to major office, residential and retail projects, along with the scarcity of available land on Amelia Island, the region to the west of the Intracoastal Waterwaycontinues to be on a roll.”
Individuals who purchase in Amelia Bay Estates may select their own builder with no mandatory timeframes for building.
Owner/developer Buddy Kollar has been active in Jacksonville for more than 30 years building custom homes and developing land. Some of Kollar’s latest projects also include St. Johns by the Sea and The Island.
